  • March 31, 2016: Deadline to submit White Papers for FY 2017 IBAS Program. Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) can be found at the following link:
  • Only White Papers receiving a rating of "Promising" will have at least 45 days to develop and submit a Proposal. See FOA for details.
  • October 1, 2016: Deadline to notify offerors that their Proposal has been selected for the FY 2017 IBAS Program. The Government may make a few large dollar amount awards, several small dollar awards, or some combination thereof. The Government reserves the right to make as few or as many awards as are in its best interests.
  • November 30, 2016: Anticipated Grant Assistance award date for FY 2017 IBAS Program.
  • March and September 2016: Project Manager Reviews. Please check back for updates.
